Bols Cherry Brandy (70cl, 24%)

A cherry brandy from Bols, the historic house founded in Amsterdam in 1575. It combines the richness of ripe cherries with a subtle note of bitter almonds, giving a full and refined flavour. It has a deep ruby red colour and an aroma capturing the intensity of fresh fruit. At 24% vol it offers an impeccable balance between sweetness and acidity, making it suitable as a digestif or as a base for cocktails, including the Blood and Sand. It can be served neat, over ice or as a cocktail ingredient.
