Bols Melone Verde is a liqueur from the Dutch distillery Bols. It has a bright green colour and an intense, fresh, fruity aroma dominated by ripe melon, balanced by a herbaceous freshness.
On the palate it is smooth and soft, with well-judged sweetness and a light fruity acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a delicate freshness.
It is used in summer cocktails such as the Midori Sour and the Melon Ball.
