Bols Raspberry is a raspberry liqueur from the Bols distillery, known for its creations since 1575. It is made from carefully selected ripe raspberries, giving a rich and gently aromatic flavour.
The liqueur has a bright red colour. On the nose it shows fruity aromas, with fresh, juicy raspberry notes. On the palate it is naturally sweet and well balanced, with a light acidity that brings freshness and elegance. It can be served on the rocks or used in cocktails such as a Raspberry Martini or Raspberry Mojito.
