Bols Zeer Oude Genever is an old-style Dutch genever from the late 1980s, bottled at 37.5% in a 100cl bottle. Made in the old style, it must contain at least 15% malt wine and no more than 20g of sugar per litre.
The malt wine is distilled from rye, barley and maize. It is one of the most important components and gives the spirit its characteristic taste. Serve cool.
