Bombay Sapphire Sunset Gin (70cl)

Bombay Sapphire Sunset is a special edition gin. It is made with three extra botanicals beyond the classic Bombay Sapphire formula: Indian cardamom, Spanish mandarin peel and Timut pepper from Nepal. These combine to give a rich, complex taste with citrus notes followed by a warm spicy kick. The 70cl bottle has an elegant design echoing warm sunset colours, from golden yellow to orange. It can be served in a classic gin and tonic with a slice of mandarin and a juniper berry, or used as a base for more elaborate cocktails.
