Bomberger's Declaration Small Batch Bourbon 2026 (75cl, 54%)

Bomberger's Declaration is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 108 proof, in a 750ml bottle. It honours the former distillery known as Bomberger's in the 1800s and as Michter's in the 20th century. This 2026 release is matured with the whiskey's hallmark Chinquapin oak, joined this time by Hungarian oak. Both woods were naturally seasoned and air dried for three years, with a custom toast and char. The nose is bright and fruity, with roasted nuts and butter toffee. On the palate, layers of chocolate sit around cherry and spice, with toasted pecans and butter toffee, and the texture is silky. The finish is full and lingering, with layered complexity.
