Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC

A red wine from Oltrepò Pavese, made mainly from Croatina grapes. It has an intense, deep red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, enriched by spicy nuances and light vanilla notes from balanced ageing in wood. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with soft tannins and good acidity that gives freshness. The structure is robust but not overpowering, with a persistent finish that returns fruit and spice aromas. It pairs with risotto, red meats and aged cheeses; serve at 16-18°C.
