This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Bond & Lillard, aged for at least seven years and bottled at 50% in a 37.5cl bottle. It has a light amber colour.
The nose brings vanilla cream, crisp green apple and orange zest. On the palate, green apple sweetness is joined by warm baking spices, toasted oak and a touch of mint.
The finish is dry, with oak and spice lingering.
