Bonollo Diamantini Barrique (10cl)

Bonollo Diamantini Barrique is a grappa made from the pomace of dried grapes used for Amarone della Valpolicella, then aged in barrique. It comes in a diamond-shaped bottle, here in a 10cl size. The nose shows dried fruit, brandied cherry and plum, with warmer notes of vanilla, cocoa, sweet spice, toasted wood and honey from the barrique. The palate is warm, soft and balanced, with a full, lasting taste and velvety raisin character that keeps the wood well integrated.
