A licorice liqueur from the Bonollo distillery, made by infusing selected licorice roots.
It is deep black and brilliant in colour, with a silky, creamy texture. On the nose there are intense sweet licorice notes with herbal and balsamic hints. The palate is round, soft and persistent, with initial sweetness balanced by a slight bitter vein and a long, aromatic finish.
It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or used in cocktails.
