Booker's 2016-05 Off Your Rocker Bourbon (75cl)

Booker's Off Your Rocker is a named batch of cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon from Jim Beam in Clermont, bottled uncut and unfiltered in a 75cl bottle. The name comes from the Noe family's tradition of giving each batch a personal title. Booker's was created by Booker Noe, Jim Beam's master distiller from 1965 to 1992 and the grandson of Jim Beam, as the first commercially released cask strength, unfiltered bourbon. The colour is rich amber. The nose is vanilla, caramel and warm grain spice. The palate is bold and full, with the high-rye character at uncut strength, and the finish is long and warming.
