Booker's 2025-03 "Jerry's Batch" is a small-batch Kentucky bourbon bottled at cask strength, 62.4% ABV. It belongs to the Booker's range from Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection and takes its name from the master distiller Jerry Don Davis.
The bourbon was drawn from a selection of mature barrels of new charred American oak, and it is bottled uncut and without chill filtration.
The seasonal swings in temperature inside Kentucky's rickhouses are credited with bringing out wood spice, caramel and deep grain sweetness in the spirit.
