Booker's Batch 2018-04 Kitchen Table (75cl, 64%)

Booker's Batch 2018-04, named Kitchen Table, is a Jim Beam whiskey bottled at 64% ABV, in tribute to a Noe family heirloom. The batch is made from barrels produced on three different dates and stored in six locations across warehouses D, E and J. It has a deep chestnut colour and a nose of vanilla and oak from more than six years in white oak barrels. Tasting notes describe a robust nose of vanilla and caramel with a little smoke, a palate of vanilla, nuts and oak, and a long, full finish.
