Booker's 'Big Easy Batch' 2026-01 (75cl, 64.5%)

Booker's 'Big Easy Batch' 2026-01 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam distillery, bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, 129.1 proof (64.55%), in a 750ml bottle. It is aged for 7 years, 2 months and 15 days. The batch is named in honour of New Orleans, one of Booker Noe's favourite cities, and is the first Booker's release of 2026. Each batch is hand-selected from barrels in several warehouse locations. Vanilla bean, roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and charred oak lead on the nose. The palate brings red fruit compote, chocolate-covered cherries and clove, and the finish is long and warming with plum and black pepper.
