The bourbon matured for seven years in charred American oak, and is non-chill-filtered with no added colour.
Honey, dark caramel and strong tobacco lead the nose, with roasted almonds and a trace of nutmeg. The palate is full, with caramel and vanilla sweetness meeting strong spice and a little wood. The finish is very long, spicy and warm.
