Booker's Bourbon 7 Year Old (70cl)

Booker's 7 Year Old is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced at the Jim Beam distillery and part of its Small Batch collection. It is bottled straight from the cask, without reduction or chill filtration. It matures for about seven years, in casks chosen from the warmest parts of the warehouse, where more evaporation concentrates the flavour. American oak brings vanilla, caramel and toasted notes, corn gives sweetness and roundness, and rye adds spice. A drop of water is suggested to open it up. The texture is thick and full, and the palate is long. The bourbon carries the spirit of Booker Noe, the master distiller behind it.
