It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.9% in a 75cl bottle, after 7 years, 9 months and 19 days of ageing. The barrels came from 7 production dates across 9 warehouses, each making up about 11% of the batch. The batch honours Jerry Dalton, Master Distiller at Jim Beam from 1998 to 2007, and is a tribute from Fred Noe. The nose is vanilla and spice, followed by a big, bold palate and a long finish.
