Booker's Bourbon Batch 2025-04 "Phantom Pipes Batch" (63.2%)

This is the fourth release of 2025 in the Booker's Small Batch Collection, made at the Jim Beam distillery. It is a bourbon aged for over seven years, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 63.2% ABV (126.4 proof). The batch is named after the steam pipes at the Jim Beam distillery, known to the team as the phantom pipes, which have powered production for decades. The nose has roasted peanuts, molasses, vanilla bean and charred oak. The palate is bold, with burnt sugar, toasted spice, cinnamon bark and oak tannins, and the finish is long, dry and warming, with smoky caramel and spice.
