Booker's Bourbon Batch 2025-04 Phantom Pipes (75cl, 63.2%)

Booker's Batch 2025-04, named Phantom Pipes, is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the James B. Beam Distilling Co. It is the fourth and final Booker's release of 2025, bottled uncut and unfiltered at a natural barrel strength of 63.2% in a 75cl bottle. It was aged for 7 years, 6 months and 15 days in new charred American oak, using barrels from five production dates across five warehouses. The name refers to a network of unused pipes found in the rafters of the Boston, Kentucky distillery. The nose offers brown sugar, charred oak and vanilla. The palate brings roasted peanut, baking spice and dark fruit, and the finish is long and powerful.
