Booker's Bourbon Batch 2026-01 "Big Easy Batch" (75cl, 64.5%)

Booker's Bourbon Batch 2026-01, known as the Big Easy Batch, is the first Booker's release of 2026 and is named for New Orleans, one of Booker Noe's favourite cities. It was made at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, aged for 7 years, 2 months and 15 days, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 64.55% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The barrels were drawn from several warehouse locations. The nose is vanilla, baking spice, clove, roasted nuts, red fruit, raisin, plum, chocolate-covered cherry and hazelnut. The palate is full-bodied, with brown sugar and warm oak. The finish is long and warming, with spice, tannic oak and dry leather.
