Booker's Bourbon Batch 2026-01, named "The Big Easy" as a tribute to New Orleans, a city Booker Noe returned to again and again through his life. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 129.1 proof.
The bourbon is aged for 7 years, 2 months and 15 days, and the batch is drawn from five production dates across five warehouses at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky.
Deep vanilla sits against baking spices, with molasses, caramel and peanut butter notes.
