Booker's Batch 2026-02, "Milkshake Batch", is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.2% ABV. It is named after Booker Noe's habit of mixing bourbon into chocolate malted milkshakes, a ritual Fred Noe now shares with his son Freddie. The blend draws on barrels from four production dates, aged in four different rickhouses, and aged for 7 years, 6 months and 12 days overall. The mash bill is 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley. Reviewers describe creamy vanilla, caramel corn, cocoa powder and peanut butter on the nose, and a sweet palate with cinnamon apple.
