Booker's Batch 2026-02, the Milkshake Batch, is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged 7 years, 6 months and 12 days. It is bottled unfiltered at barrel strength, 62.2% (124.4 proof), in a 750ml bottle. The batch is drawn from four seven-story rickhouses. The name honours founder Booker Noe, who liked to spike homemade chocolate malted milkshakes with bourbon. The habit began at an ice cream stand after fishing trips with his son Fred Noe, and continues with Freddie Noe, the eighth generation. The tasting notes describe caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with dark chocolate and baking spice, and a long, warming finish of peanut brittle.
