Big Easy Batch is the first release in the 2026 Booker's Collection, a Kentucky straight bourbon named by Fred Noe as a tribute to his father, Booker Noe, and to New Orleans, a city Booker returned to throughout his life.
It blends five production dates stored across five different warehouses, with an age of 7 years, 2 months and 15 days. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 129.1 proof.
The flavours run from oak tannin and smoky vanilla to mocha and coffee. A splash of spring water opens it up.
