Little Book 'The Infinite' is a blended straight American whiskey from Jim Beam, created by Freddie Noe as part of his annual blending project. It combines multiple straight whiskeys at barrel strength, without dilution, exploring the complexity available across grain types, ages and whiskey categories. Freddie Noe is the grandson of Booker Noe, who created Booker's Bourbon in 1988, and the son of Fred Noe, current Jim Beam Master Distiller. The Infinite is bottled at barrel strength.
Appearance: rich amber from the blended barrel-strength components. Nose: complex and multi-layered, with aromatics no single-grain expression achieves. Palate: full and evolving at barrel strength, with depth and complexity from the interplay of grain characters. Finish: long, with each grain component expressing through a deeply satisfying close.
