Booker's Rye Limited Edition (75cl)

Booker's Rye Limited Edition is a straight rye whiskey from James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. It is the first rye the Booker's brand has produced, and it comes in a 75cl bottle in a wooden gift box. It is made from rye barrels that Booker Noe laid down himself before he died in 2004. His son Fred Noe selected the barrels for this release. The whiskey is bottled uncut and unfiltered. The appearance is a deep amber. The aroma combines bold rye spice, dark fruit, toasted oak and warm vanilla. The palate is intense and well balanced, with pronounced oak and building rye spice, and the finish is long and smooth with a warming spice fade.
