Booker's The Reserves 6 Year Old Rye Whiskey 2026 (75cl, 62.5%)

Booker's The Reserves 6 Year Old Rye is the third annual release in The Reserves series and only the second rye in Booker's history. It was distilled at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky, from the original Booker's rye mash bill, and aged for 6 years, 2 months and 23 days. The rye was finished in French apple brandy casks and infused with real cinnamon, then bottled uncut and unfiltered at 62.55% in a 750ml bottle. Freddie Noe based it on his grandfather Booker Noe's winter apple wine of apples, bourbon barrels and cinnamon. The nose is bright apple and seasoned oak. The palate has barrel char, vanilla, sweet caramel and baked apple, and the finish is warm and spiced, with cinnamon over charred oak.
