The mashbill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, sourced from MGP. The nose is rich with caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, dried fruit and warm baking spice. On the palate there is toffee, cinnamon, charred oak and rye pepper, and the long, warm finish holds sweet oak and rye spice.
