Bordiga Liquore Elisir Amarena (70cl)

An Italian artisan liqueur from Bordiga, produced in the Piedmont region. It is made with carefully selected superior amarena cherries, preserving their freshness and aromatic intensity. Traditional distillation highlights the fruity and slightly tart character of the amarena, balanced by enveloping sweetness and a soft but firm body. The result is an intense ruby liqueur with aromas of mature fruit, floral hints and balsamic nuances. It can be sipped neat as a digestif or used in cocktails and food pairings, and suits chocolate desserts, aged cheeses and meat dishes.
