Borgeri Bianco - Meletti Cavallari

A white wine from Umbria, made mainly from Grechetto and Trebbiano. After careful fermentation and brief ageing in steel, it keeps lively floral and fruity aromas, with delicate citrus, green apple and wildflower notes. On the palate it is harmonious, with pleasant sapidity that invites another sip. The production area lies on sunlit hills with calcareous-clay soil, contributing structure and a certain mineral character. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and light starters.
