A refined red wine harvested between late September and the second week of October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 25-26 °C for 8-10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The result is an intense red wine with aromas of ripe red fruits and spicy nuances. The tannins give a pleasant roundness on the palate. It pairs well with cured meats, cheeses, crostini and bruschetta.
