Bosco del Merlo Cabernet Sauvignon

A red wine from Bosco del Merlo, produced in one of the renowned wine-growing areas of northern Italy. The nose shows ripe berry fruit such as blueberries and blackcurrant, with sweet spice and light vanilla from ageing in oak barrels. On the palate it is structured and well balanced, with soft tannins and good persistence, supported by well-integrated acidity. It suits red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses, and also moments of quiet contemplation.
