The domaine farms 14 hectares split across 75 separate plots in seven communes, running from Ribeauvillé to Kientzheim in the central part of the Perles du Vignoble. Its holdings include five Grands Crus and three lieux-dits.
The soils differ geologically from plot to plot, which gives the domaine a wide range of flavours and characters to work with.
