Bottega Liquore Bitter is an Italian bitter liqueur made with herbs and spices typical of the Veneto region. It has a bright amber colour and an aromatic profile of rhubarb, bitter orange and gentian.
On the palate it is balanced between bitter and sweet, with good spicy intensity and a velvety feel. It finishes long and pleasantly bitter. Serve over ice or with a citrus peel to bring out its aromatic nuances.
