Bottega Star Spumante Extra Dry

An Italian sparkling wine from Bottega, made from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto. It is produced by the Charmat method, with fermentation in large closed tanks to preserve natural aromas and freshness. The wine is pale straw yellow with bright reflections and fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it shows green apple, white peach, white flowers and a light citrus note. On the palate the acidity is balanced by the Extra Dry style, with subtle sweetness and a fresh, lively finish. It suits light starters, fish and seafood dishes, and celebratory toasts.
