A grappa from Bottega, distilled from a blend of pomace from different grape varieties.
It is matured in oak barriques, giving it a distinctive aromatic complexity. The nose offers intense vanilla and dried fruit, with hints of cocoa and sweet spices. On the palate it is rich and harmonious, with well-balanced alcohol, soft velvety sensations and a persistent finish recalling chocolate and candied fruit, with a light touch of oak.
It is suited to sipping slowly after a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or a cigar, and can also be used in cocktails.
