Bourgogne Aligoté - Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot

A Burgundy white wine made from Aligoté, produced with care to preserve the grape's natural character. It is pale straw yellow in colour, with lively notes of white flowers, lemon and light minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate the fresh acidity is balanced by a subtle creaminess.
