A white Burgundy from Guilhem et Jean-Hugues Goisot, made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Auxerre area and produced with organic viticulture.
It has a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose shows green apple, pear, floral notes, hazelnut and a light touch of vanilla from barrique ageing. On the palate it has balanced acidity and a harmonious structure, leading to a persistent, clean finish.
It suits delicate fish dishes, seafood or an aperitif.
