Bowmore – 11 Year Old Little Brown Dog (70cl, 58.3%)

An 11 year old Bowmore bottled by Little Brown Dog from a single bourbon barrel, filled on 23 February 2015 and bottled on 5 May 2026 at 58.3% ABV. The bottling yields 272 bottles. It is technically a small batch, as the distillery vatted the whisky in bulk before it went into this cask. The bottler chose this barrel because its character differed from the other casks in the parcel. It has soft peat and a lovely texture, with a peachy profile that becomes strikingly like roast chicken crisps in the finish. The label plays on this, made to look like a roast chicken crisp packet.
