A 15 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Bowmore, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured first in bourbon barrels and then in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is peaty and smoky, with dark fruit and maple syrup. On the palate come cocoa, dates, dark berries and a little lavender. The finish is medium in length, smoky and dark, with a distinct taste of coffee.
