Bowmore 21 Year Old Pedro Ximenez Finish is an Islay single malt matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Bottled at 49.7% ABV for travel retail, the limited edition comprises 2,500 bottles.
Raisins, blackberries and citrus zest lead the nose, with allspice, rosemary and charred oak. The palate combines dark chocolate, honeyed figs and cinnamon-spiced apples with subtle smoke and a velvety texture. Roasted nuts and a touch of sea salt shape the long, balanced finish.
