This is Bowmore 21 Year Old, a peated and sherried Islay single malt made at Bowmore Distillery. It was matured for over two decades in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46.8%, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky combines Bowmore's coastal peat smoke with the influence of the sherry casks.
The flavour is described as dark fruits, chocolate and spice, with maritime notes.
