Bowmore 25 Year Old is a single malt from Islay, part of the Gulls bottling series, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It was matured for 25 years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks.
The nose brings ripe peaches, dried apricots and dark cherries, with cinnamon, fresh mint and charred oak. Toffee, hazelnut and orange zest come through on the palate, alongside earthy peat and a creamy texture. The finish is long, with dark chocolate and silky vanilla.
