Bowmore 25 Year Old is an Islay single malt from the Twenty Five Years Old series, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It spent its 25 years maturing in bourbon and sherry casks. Colouring is added and the whisky is chill-filtered.
The aroma brings dark chocolate, dried fruit and smoke, with a fine sherry sweetness. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and smooth, balancing smoky depth with fruity spice.
