Bowmore 30 Year Old is an official bottling of Islay single malt, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2020 at 45.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the first of a new annual release and is limited to 2580 bottles.
The whisky matured for three decades in Sherry hogsheads and Bourbon barrels.
The nose brings heather, banana, peach, pineapple, vanilla and butterscotch. On the palate come tropical fruit and honey sweetness, with subtle peat smoke and hints of eucalyptus.
