Bowmore Aston Martin 22 Year Old is the second release in the Masters' Selection series, created by master blender Ron Welsh with chief creative officer Marek Reichman, for Aston Martin. It is an Islay single malt bottled in 2022 at 51.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtering and with no added colour.
Heather honey, vanilla and subtle cherry lead the nose. The palate is rich, sweet, malty and spicy, with vanilla fondant, and the finish is sweet and woody, with liquorice sticks and a spicy feel.
