Bowmore Darkest Sherry Casked is an Islay single malt from the Bowmore distillery, matured in sherry and ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
On the nose it shows ripe cherries and dried figs with subtle smokiness. The palate brings dark chocolate, roasted nuts and honeyed malt, and the finish is long, with spiced caramel and gentle oak smoke.
