This is a 14 year old Braeval from Speyside, distilled in 1985 and bottled in 1999 at 55.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from a single bourbon cask, with 241 bottles filled, as Scotch Malt Whisky Society cask 113.4.
In the Society's code the first number identifies the distillery and the second the cask. Braeval's six stills have thin necks and upward-sloping lyne arms, which give a lighter style with some floral notes.
