Brandy Athanor Poli (70cl)

A brandy from the Veneto distillery Poli, made using traditional methods with bain-marie stills to preserve the aromatic character of the grape. It has an amber colour with golden reflections. Aged in barrique, it shows notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and spice on the nose. On the palate it is round and enveloping, with dried fruit, cocoa and a light tobacco note, leading to a persistent, harmonious finish. Best served neat after a meal.
