Brandy De Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lustau (70cl)

A brandy from Lustau, made mainly from Airén and Pedro Ximénez grapes in the Jerez region. It is aged by the solera method, with continuous transfers between American oak casks. The result is an intense amber spirit with golden reflections, offering warm aromas of vanilla, toasted almond, cedar wood and lightly caramelised dried fruit. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with a good balance between sweetness and acidity, followed by sweet spice notes and a long, persistent finish. It works well as a digestif after a rich meal, or with dark chocolate, aged cheeses and dried-fruit desserts.
